We do our best to ship confirmed orders within 48 business hours of the order being confirmed. In some cases, this may take longer, such as during promotions, holiday seasons, or other extenuating circumstances.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at time of checkout. We are unable to make any modifications once the order is picked up by the carrier. Please verify that all information entered at time of order is correct. We are not responsible for any mistakes made during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). It is the customers responsibility to pay all duties at the time of delivery. By placing an order for shipment outside of the U.S. the customer agrees to either pay the duties or forfeit the package at their own expense. We will not pay any duties owed or return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate duties at the time of your order, but are working on making this possible in the near future.

We are currently unable to ship orders to the United Kingdom. Talk to Boris about that one.
